LF PowerOne SMD

Solderable Powerelements, lead-free and flexibly configurable

The lead-free LF PowerOne SMD High Current Contacts are the result of the consequent advancement of our products for the benefit of our customers. The Powerelements are processible in the common SMT lines and are soldered in the infrared oven or with the vapor-phase system. Depending on the layout, currents of up to 300 amperes are possible.

All LF PowerOne SMD Powerelements are lead-free and therefore RoHS and REACH compliant without any exception.

Simple processing by soldering in an SMT line

Würth Elektronik LF PowerOne SMD Powerelements are soldered onto the circuit board and easily fit in to the process chain of an SMT line. Due to the heat absorption of the component mass, individual tests are necessary for defining the parameters.

Delivery on reel in ESD blister packaging is optionally available with a Kapton-Sticker.

Design of printed circuit boards according to IPC A 600

The circuit boards should be manufactured according to the valid IPC A 600. Footprint indications are available.

Currents up to 300 amperes

The current carrying capacity must always be considered in the context of the overall system. Our measurements have shown that the limiting factor usually lies in the PCB layout or in the connection of feed lines.
